Blocked - Flower Basket Shawl

Oh, I have finished the blocking of this shawls. It is beautiful and lovely, isn't it. The yarn is 100% acrylic and very fine (as thin as 2 ply). It is very soft (as soft as the baby yarn) and warm, very suitable for the Hong Kong weather and in an air-conditioned room.

I am now thinking what my next project is : a cotton cardigan, another lace shawl (a circle one), a sock....... So many things want to knit. Should take out all my stash and check.

Beautiful, and you blocked out the pointy edges so well too. I keep reading that acrylic yarn cannot be blocked, but yours turned out just great. Thanks for letting me know that acrylic is suitable for a shawl. I have been thinking about knitting one with the softest acrylic (Sirdar Snuggly) I can find.

I always thought acrylic yarn couldn't suit for this shawl but your FBS is really charming !
