Finished - Blue Cardigan

Finally, it is finished. It takes me one day to crochet the edging and flowers and sew the buttons. It looks nice and I love it. I am wondering whether I should use the pink or cream colour for the edging as suggested by the yarn shopowner. I think the cream colour is more appropriate for the adult and pink for the young girl. Therefore, I pick the cream one. But the light colour cannot resist the dirt, hope my friend won't mind and like it.

Choosing the button is another headache problem. My mother suggests to pick the simple one and don't make anything fussy. So the simple small and transparent button is picked. Once again, hope my friend like what I choose for her.

The cream edging is pretty with the blue. I'm sure your friend would like it too!

Such impeccable knitting and finishing. Your mum is right, there is often a great deal of beauty in the simplest things. I also agree with Joy, I'm sure your friend will love it, I'm loving it too.

I really like it & very appreciated with my friend hard working as I understand that it will be too hard for her to finish this beautiful cardigan in a short notice.

I will wear it in my office everyday. I am also looking for another cardigan now . But this time, no hurry as I will pick up in next year when I back to HK. I believe my friend has sufficeient time to make it, right?

This is really well-made! And I think cream edging is the right choice.

Lovely sweater! Yeah I totally agree, cream edging and simple buttons is the way to go.
